Terminology used in the Comment Cat engine documentation.
First-order comments are the direct responses to the asset, such as a YouTube video.
The current in-house rule of thumb is that 50 to 70% of comments are first-order. Mileage may vary.
A response to a comment 2n, or a response to a response 3n, etc.
